As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling a portfolio of materials in accordance with project delivery model.

Roles and Responsibilities
Overall Material Planning & Controlling for GA SABAP cluster for class A,B,C & Sundry materials (DKMAC)
Use of SAP ERP MM module for various project & product related works
Project Leftover management and actions to utilize them in MENAT Region
Complete general unallocated inventory (KIF Class B & Class C) management – stock maintenance
Material issuance / reversal for all stock assigned material from/to stock
Material review (MR) - strick review of BOM with inventory and reduction in cash out by restricting issuing the PO for already available materials under stock/LOM/ other stake holder in MENAT
Material code management (Creation/Modify) for all external materials & extension for internal codes to MENAT regions
LOM & stock obsolescence analysis and cost impact workout with finance Support for tender team in MENAT to analyze RFQ and suggest best alternate for obsolete item and based on ROE from multiple stake holders (KIF/JIF/SAIFZONE/PM team)
Support to finance for project stock cost transfer / landing stock forecast,
Ensure independent demand is correctly captured and monitored
Make sure S&OP, production schedules are rigorously executed to align demand and resources
Supply chain and inventory monitoring, prepare the inventory reviews and participate to the reviews, manage plant material reviews
Identify trends vs OP, coordinate actions, and follow up
Monthly evaluation, collection, and consolidation of status on WIP and FG, with the right segregation
Ensure cycle counting process is in place and followed Interface with sourcing team on supplier lead time reduction and requirements of plant’s & vendor supply chain
Maturity optimization suite (better procurement, better planning): measure and improve the material ordering process to put them under control (safety stock, ordering point...), identify and share best practices
Investigation of excess raw material drivers, exchange between plants regarding common drivers and conclude in rules & guidelines, interface with central team (including MRP expert) and plants on initiatives
Required Qualifications
Degree or engineering diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or any other similar related discipline
Should have worked in similar field of any manufacturing Industries and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in material planning & manufacturing process Industries
Knowledge of ERP system is a must, knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
Should have good knowledge in production planning, material planning, manufacturing process, ability to understand and schedule the workload management on the manufacturing lines, to plan all required materials on the platform for on-time integration & manufacturing
Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages appreciated (Interviews will be held in English)
