Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement energy-saving projects and initiatives
Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor and analyze energy consumption patterns and optimize energy use
Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage project budgets, forecast financial requirements, and control costs
Prepare and present technical and financial reports to stakeholders
Develop and implement maintenance plans for electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards​
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification
ISO 50001 standard experience
Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical engineering and energy management
Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage projects technically and financially
Extensive maintenance experience in electrical systems and equipment
