Roles and Responsibilities
Provide knowledge and experience to collaborate with the customer to identify technical requirements and estimate the technical effort required to implement GE’s Asset Performance Management Product (APM.
Perform installation, configuration, customization to implement APM for customers in accordance with the function requirements and design.
Perform database upgrade of APM.
Provide technical support for APM implementation or upgrade projects
Collaborate with Project Managers and Services Consultants throughout the project to identify and scope applications changes while adhering to the change management process
Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, influencing decisions on design and functionality to keep projects on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with peers and team members as an inclusive team member, supporting project execution.
Effectively apply GE Digital execution methodology and project standards.
Maintain & continuously update technical skills and knowledge.
Work independently as well as part of the team.
Maintain strong customer relation and provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience in software services, or equivalent.
Technical expert in IBM Maximo EAM technology. Should be well versed in MBO customizations for Maximo 7.x version. Business process management using workflow design and management. Expert Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). Provide technical services over the entire lifecycle of a project.
Hands on experience of Implementing minimum 3 projects of IBM Maximo software for an ERP/EAM application. IBM Maximo 7.x certification is a plus.
Programming experience in software development with Advance JAVA. Hands-on experience with web development using HTML5, Java Script, jQuery, CSS. Also, experience in implementing Java OSGi modules and using an OSGi container.
Experience working with Databases like SQL and Oracle with good exposure on DDL, DML commands along with Stored Procedures.
Experience with basic database administration like Restoring, Backup for both SQL and Oracle
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services is a plus
Experience with GE Digital APM (Asset Performance Management) is a plus
Strong spoken and written English language skills
Excellent complex problem solving and analytical skills
Must be willing to travel to work closely with our customers

Software skills in software analysis, design, methodology, and architecture
Demonstrated ability to learn new software development practices, languages, and tools
Experience with enterprise software and large distributed systems
Prior system implementation experience desired
