Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Turnkey Self-Implement (TKSI), Turnkey with Partner (TKP) - Large, complex multi-year or EPC projects (in the space of EHV AC & HVDC). Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership.

  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy for successful customer outcomes.

  • Deliver on key business drivers – SQDC while focusing on customer satisfaction.

  • Study be responsible for delivery of projects from inception to conclusion and will have an active role to play at the bidding stage by giving execution inputs for right offer preparing.

  • Uses judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters for continuous improvement and better project outcomes. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Collaborate with other functional teams to arrive at decisions.

  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor or leader of a small team with proven interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires 10 to 15 years of experience in the Project Management & Turnkey Project Management in the transmission space. Should have Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from reputed College/University with exemplary educational background.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
