A rare opportunity has arisen for a graduate/intern to join our GE Vernova’s Compliance Operations team on a fixed term contract supporting its Compliance Policy/Training and Communications Leader.

The successful applicant will report directly to and work closely with the Leader and will be part of the Compliance Operations team. The role will also engage regularly with other members of the Compliance team, external learning vendors and professionals across GE Vernova’s Legal and Compliance function.

GE Vernova is a newly listed entity this is an opportunity to join a new and evolving global organization in the rapidly changing and growing Energy sector.

This position may suit a newly qualified graduate looking to enhance their compliance operations and training experience.

We anticipate this opportunity initially for a period of six months, with the possibility of extending to twelve months. Flexibility to work remotely from home or located in a GE Vernova site.

The Compliance Training Analyst Intern will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support in the day-to-day operations related to Compliance training.

  • Liaise with external training vendors to develop courses and supporting materials.

  • Manage translations with external vendor and internal native speakers.

  • Partner with Learning & Development Team to ensure training packages are uploaded and working properly before deployment to employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University Degree or studying towards a degree.

  • Experience working in a professional setting, compliance experience would be preferable.

  • An ability to learn the use of new applications and platforms, as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Able to work with an organized and methodical approach.

  • Fluency in English, with polite, professional communication skills.
